Our goal is to teach Tae Kwon Do in an atmosphere that is fun and family-oriented. In our classes we emphasize traditional Tae Kwon Do and self-defense. It is always our goal to provide the highest level of quality instruction possible.

We will strive to teach the importance of respect and courtesy towards each other. We teach that the student must have integrity in all that they do.

Over time, the student will gain self confidence through their achievements in Tae Kwon Do. In doing this, students of Tae Kwon Do will not only gain greater flexibility, strength, balance, and the ability to defend themselves, but they learn important life lessons that will serve them well their entire lives.

Instruction

As stated in our mission statement, we are family-oriented. Most of our instructors have spouses and children that participate along with them. We believe Tae Kwon Do to be one sport that families can do together to promote family unity.

Our classes, which are offered at the Rockwell Recreation Center, and at our main school on Center Point Rd., are traditional one-hour classes structured for ages 7 and up.
