AAU Membership Renewal Due August
AAU Membership is up for renewal this month. All students at Ultimate Tae Kwon Do must be members of AAU. Contact Mrs. Moulds at: moulds2664@commspeed.net to renew your membership - payment may be made in class.

Monday and Thursday night classes at Gold Pointe are now open to both Rockwell and Gold Pointe students.

SNOW POLICY - If Cedar Rapids schools are closed or night activities are cancelled, classes for all Ultimate Tae Kwon Do locations will be cancelled.

You can now order sparring equipment from the website! Click here to order sparring equipment online.

Students are asked to keep fingernails and toenails trimmed short to prevent injuries to others during class.

Ultimate Tae Kwon Do policy is NO JEWELRY during class. This includes earrings of all kinds, rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, nose rings, etc. This policy is in effect for your protection and the protection of those around you. Please follow this rule at all times. See an Instructor if you have special circumstances.

Monday classes are cancelled the Monday after test to allow students to attend promotion night at Gold Pointe.
