SNOW POLICY - If Cedar Rapids schools are closed or night activities are cancelled, classes for all Ultimate Tae Kwon Do locations will be cancelled.

Upcoming Tournaments:
April 10, 2010 in Clinton, IA: Sign up by April 1st to attend the 2010 Iowa AAU District National and AAU Junior Olympics Qualifier. Click here for registration information.

You can now order sparring equipment from the website! Click here to order sparring equipment online.

Due to lack of attendence, Saturday classes have been cancelled.

Students are asked to keep fingernails and toenails trimmed short to prevent injuries to others during class.

Ultimate Tae Kwon Do policy is NO JEWELRY during class. This includes earrings of all kinds, rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, nose rings, etc. This policy is in effect for your protection and the protection of those around you. Please follow this rule at all times. See an Instructor if you have special circumstances.

Monday classes are cancelled the Monday after test to allow students to attend promotion night at Gold Pointe.
