AAU Membership Renewal Due August
AAU Membership is up for renewal this month. All students at Ultimate Tae Kwon Do must be members of AAU. Contact Mr. McCallum at: dmccal5912@aol.com to renew your membership - payment may be made in class.

Upcoming Test: December 10 2011 - 10:00 AM at Gold Pointe
Test applications are due TWO WEEKS prior to the test. Please complete and email your application to Mr. McCallum at: dmccal5912@aol.com

Thursday night classes at Gold Pointe are now open to both Rockwell and Gold Pointe students.

SNOW POLICY - If Cedar Rapids schools are closed or night activities are cancelled, classes for all Ultimate Tae Kwon Do locations will be cancelled.

Uniform and Sparring Equipment Order
Word Document Order form here. Fill in your order and email to Mr. McCallum at: dmccal5912@aol.com. If you have issues, talk to an instructor to order your equipment.

Students are asked to keep fingernails and toenails trimmed short to prevent injuries to others during class.

Ultimate Tae Kwon Do policy is NO JEWELRY during class. This includes earrings of all kinds, rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, nose rings, etc. This policy is in effect for your protection and the protection of those around you. Please follow this rule at all times. See an Instructor if you have special circumstances.
