• Cedar Rapids -- Main School. The Cedar Rapids location is approximately 4000 square foot, with 2000 square feet of work out floor made of one inch thick foam. The floor is comprised of 40" square puzzle pieces that fit together to form the floor. There are two blue colored rings for sparring with red pieces surrounding the rings. This is the same flooring that the AAU uses for the National AAU and National Junior Olympic competitions.
