Students are asked to keep fingernails and toenails trimmed to prevent injuries to others during class.

Ultimate Tae Kwon Do policy is NO JEWELRY during class.  This includes earrings of all kinds, rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, nose rings, etc....  This policy is in effect for your protection and the protection of those around you.  Please follow this rule at all times.  See an Instructor if you have special circumstances.

SNOW POLICY - If Cedar Rapids schools are closed or night activities are cancelled, classes for all Ultimate Tae Kwon Do locations will be cancelled.
