#1 – Knife hand block (to attackers punch) with
your left hand and middle punch with your right, followed by knife hand
block (to attackers punch with your left hand and high punch with your
right. Grab the attackers right wrist, step back (to pull them forward)
and do a round house kick mid section with your right foot.
#2 – Jump to your right to avoid the punch, then
do a high jump front snap kick and three punches. Two middle and one
high.
#3 – TAKE DOWN – Step (with your right leg)
across the attackers leg and at the same time do an outside inside
block with your right hand (blocking their arm). Turn to your left (do
not move your feet) elbow to the mid section. Turn back to the right
and elbow strike again with your right elbow. Then reach under their
shoulder with your right hand and grab their upper arm with your left
hand, pull them over your hip and sweep taking them to the floor.
#4 – Step to your left and open hand block with
your left hand, then punch three times, two times middle and one time
high. End with a round house kick mid section.
#5 – TAKE DOWN – Step to your left to avoid the
punch then do an outside inside block with your left arm while stepping
across your attackers right leg with your left leg. Turn to your right
and do an elbow strike with your right arm. Reach under their shoulder
with your right hand and grab the upper arm with your left hand, pull
them over your hip and sweep taking them to the floor.
#6 – Step back with your left leg and do a left
leg wheel kick.
#7 –Step back with your right leg and do a right
leg wheel kick.

under the age of 13, you can test for a junior belt. For the junior
belt, you only need to remember your highest form and highest
techniques.
